The founder of Eloka, Mr. Jay Ram, launched a company called Lifestyle Networks in the United States in 2002 with the mission of making life secure, convenient and enjoyable in a personalized manner. Since then, Lifestyle Networks has completed projects in the United States for major builders such as Toll Brothers and K. Hovnanian. Lifestyle Networks recently completed a Platinum Rated LEED Home in Philadelphia.
Mr. Ram expanded his business of providing digital living solutions to India in the year 2005. Eloka has since then performed projects for reputable builders and private clients in India such as:

About Jay Ram, Managing Director

Eloka was founded by Mr. Jay Ram, who first ventured into the field of Digital Living and Automation in the United States in 2002. Since then, he has implemented projects for major US builders (such as Toll Brothers and K. Hovnanian) and also completed custom projects such as a private residence in Philadelphia that achieved Platinum LEED Rating. Mr. Ram's vision is to develop Eloka as the global leader in Consumer Technology Services drawing on his significant experience and credentials in both technology and construction industries. Mr. Ram graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, in 1989. He then secured Masters Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and another Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (specializing in Telecom and Networking) from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ram obtained an MBA with Honors in Finance and Operation & Information Management from the Wharton School of Business. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Utah and is active in the US Green Building Council (LEED) and the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). He lives with his family near New York and is keenly interested in various adventure sports.
