• Strong professional and personal integrity
• Spirit of entrepreneurship
• Physical and mental toughness to withstand the rigors of succeeding in own business
• Good academic background, preferably in a technical field
• At least 2 years of professional experience with proven performance
• Stable finances
• Excellent references

• Integrity : EEPs are expected to act with integrity at all times to protect your own company's reputation as well as Eloka's reputation. Discussion of pricing and features should be done in a transparent manner.
• Professionalism : EEPs are expected to function in a professional manner so that prospective clients will be confident that they are dealing with a reputable entity.
• Marketing and Sales : EEPs should have marketing and sales professionals that are able to explain the benefits of Eloka's digital living solutions to prospective clients and close sales orders.
• Training : EEPs should dedicate resources to learn the features and benefits of Eloka's products and services.
• Installations : Installations should be done professionally with particular attention to aesthetics in addition to functionality. It is important that our clients are thoroughly satisfied with our work due to the fact that we can win additional projects from references.
• Support : EEPs should have the ability to promptly support their own projects. EEPs should have adequate manpower for installations and support.
